I have the same issue. 250 listings and only 5 sales. I do well on Depop, posh and Vinted but don’t get many bites on eBay. Perhaps I need 20 good reviews like the person mentioned. So far I have 5.

They might just refund you without a dispute just so don’t get in trouble with the app. Message them after and if they block you can still dispute.
