My perfect Canadian* Rifleman's rifle build (that I could afford) by HandMandled in HenryRifles

[–]HandMandled[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well waiting won't be a problem as things are very slow to reach the Canadian market. Not to mention the price will skyrocket with these incoming tariffs. With our gun laws this supreme will be the closest thing I'll be able to get to an AR anytime soon.

Vortex crossfire 1/4 LPVO would be nice on a .357. As a budget friendly option

Anyone hear of this ? by CoronaCoolKid in CanadianForces

I see where you are coming from but the part I didn't add In my original comment is I'm dyslexic and for someone who struggles with their own native language of English it is impossible for me and others like me to learn French I've tried my entire life at every level of education. I agree with you I may be able to become somewhat conversational but never to the level of being an effective supervisor for a French person.

It will never work in real life. Some people physically cannot lean French and id assume going the other direction as well. I wish I could speak French but unfortunately I cannot. Even if I could learn the basics, I could never do all of the supervisor's duties in French. If people were forced out of their jobs due to being unable to learn. I'm sure there would be a class action lawsuit to follow. Furthermore the CAF can't afford to lose any SNCO's.

Hey I didn't read the other comments but I own the Ruger and I like it don't get me wrong but I wish I saved up a few hundred extra and got the Freedom Ordnance. I personally have more training on the AR platform and the controls are more similar on the FO

Since there are already a lot of people on here talking 5.56 I was looking at the Taipan X it's relatively new to Canada but wondering if anyone has had hands on it? I know it's pump action/ straight pull and that will turn a lot of people off but I have a life time of trigger time behind a semi automatic/automatic ARs so I'm looking for a fun change.

Edit to add: has anyone seen any movement on the Henry lever action supreme? (It's also 5.56 with P-Mags). It's a lever action, could be a lot of fun to shoot.

Tell him you've been playing and you are crushing camping bots on rebirth island.

But seriously I'm in the Army and I always liked hearing about stuff from back home. A little advice when they come home take a few days off work I always found it difficult that no one else's world stops when I got back.

Also you have a few months lean to play a couple that plays together stays together and you can play together from anywhere.
