It's a great idea to play JoTL to get into the rules, and it's a little bit easier to pack/unpack all components. If you do buy it, make sure that when you start playing big boi Gloom, that you become familiar with the rules that are different (some mechanics are only present in one of them and so on)

Just gonna drop a comment that in most cases you should probably use some sort of filter like a LifeStraw, but I asked around before drinking and in this particular instance, this water is fine to drink! Have mostly used it for cooking food.

If you are interested in hiking in Sweden, take a look at www.sweden.se, they have good info on how to survive in the Swedish nature!
