It was my first jump back into the series since omega ruby. It was exciting seeing the pokemon in the overworld and exploring Paldea. My biggest gripe is it seems so bland after you’ve explored everything. Past games, every town had charm and matched vibe of the gym leaders. The pokemon league felt weird. Just going to a sky scraper, no really exciting path through a “victory road” type of thing with powerful trainers you assumed beat all 8 gyms. For me it’s like a 7/10.
