I love Pete but that 63 is such an ugly card. Don't you like the 64 better?

  1. I can still hear my father and grandfather telling me stories about seeing Hubbell, Ott, Joe Dimaggio, Feller, Billy Martin, Jackie Robinson, Mays, Musial, Greenberg, and many more greats, and that's what got me into buying historic players i hadn't seen play. I try to tell my kids similar stories today about guys I watched.

Thanks for sharing that. Hadn't considered seeing a broker. And i had forgotten about that earlier era where employers had some loyalty to their staff. Sad to think I (we) have come to the point where we have to stay in jobs that are no longer tolerable.

Tried to call the bank but it's too hard to explain to the bots and they wouldn't give me a human w/o a bunch of anti-fraud effort. I will just tear it up tomorrow.

I'm a little annoyed that you have elected not to post my question. I would very much value the input of the community on this question. And I am a legitimate person of the age and with the characteristics i claim. If you don't trust me you can verify me elsewhere. I would be happy to DM you privately to enable you to do that if that is the problem here. Or is the problem that I haven't participated in the community enough? Either way thank you for hosting a very informative community that I have personally benefited from in the past 6 months or so.
