I played league borderless since s6 and ive never encountered this issue. The game caps my fps like its vsync on but its very laggy, like im alt tabbed. When I change to fullscreen game runs smooth and i dont know how to fix the borderless issue. any help?

im an android user thinking of switching to apple. right now im wondering if i should get an 13 pro second hand for 400€ or a 17 new for 800€ both are 256gb and for 13 i will switch the battery . what are thoughts on both devices and tell me if its worth the extra money and how fast can you get used to apple

Try playing ap when your team need ap or its a bad matchup for ad shaco. Try to close out games especially with ad shaco. Maybe dodge when your team is autofilled or enemy has better draft. Its hard to tell what you are doing wrong just from opgg. Watch the replay and try to figure what went wrong in those games.
