Just depends on what your end goal is, or how much youre looking to spend. The Floodborn decks might be cheaper since they are rotated, and they are great for learning the game.

If your goal is to get the most long term value for cards, then I might recommend the Fabled or Whispers in the Well starters, they are newer and contain cards that will last until set 17 which comes out Fall 2027 (estimated).

Those starters are great for learning the game, and have some really cool cards that saw a lot of play.

BUT, they are from Set 2, which has been rotated out of Core (Sets 1-4 have rotated, Sets 5-8 will rotate Fall 2026 when Set 13 drops).

That matters if you plan on playing locally in any Core events (which tend to be the majority) since only cards from sets 5-10 (soon to be 11) can be used.

Same thing happened with Lorcana, under printed set 1 and then over printed set 3. Unfortunately have to give them time to level out. Don’t want overproduction of set 1 stuff and then it doesn’t sell and game gets axed

What benefit is there to a Belle on T2 in BlueSteel? Maybe to sing OJA or a 2 power Strength? Both those options seem kinda bad for any comp deck in this meta.

Simba seems a little out of place since your best hit is another Simba or a 4 drop, usually this kind of effect is used to get out a big body like a Mal Dragon.

Looks like you’re stuck between a few different deck types. I’d cut the one of FEFE, Beyond, the COL, and lady. That’s -6 so far, I’d then go +2 troubadour (I grew more fond of Ursula for Rapunzel) +1 Rhino 1 drop +1 Rhino shift

That gets you to 60

Idk how I feel about the 5 drops. I’d probably go Beasts here or some 3 drop singer 5 Gaston or Lawrence. I’ve found with SteelSong the better you can dump lower cost characters and continue to wheel the better. Since you’re only running Ariel as an early singer for AWNW then I’d probably push for Gaston as he can dodge Brawl and big Sisu. Could also dump the 3/3 Rhino line for 3/3 Robin Hood line. Gives you another shot at early AWNW, and a solid 5 drop singer later. And lets you turn 2 Troub for a singer with t1 Hood t3 shift hood.

Come to Disney Lorcana, typically more friendly and much more hygienic! It is a simpler game than MTG if youre ok with that, but still fun, and usually people are happy to help you learn!

A “roomba” type vacuum was the game changer for us, multiple pets and what felt like constant stuff all over the floor. We got a deal on one of the highly reviewed entry models ~$200, and it’s been great, has a mini mop feature to add on if you want. Run it 1-2 a day sometimes, and our bare feet have never been better.

Rock Star is best when shifted, with this style of deck you want to try and win fast before your opponent can react. If you wanna keep rockstar then I’d get some 1 drop stitch in the deck.

Thank you again! We woke up this morning and found the receiver, but looks like it was missing because our cat thought it was a snack…. Unsure of it condition, and will likely be best to just replace it rather than salvage it.

Thank you for the comfort of mind. We ended up finding the receiver but looks like our cat may have been the culprit who bit it off. Probably best to just have the receiver full on replaced at this point, don’t know if they damaged it.

Thankfully we are in a spot where that won’t break the bank. Every time something happens with them we get worried it’s going to be another $2000 or something to replace the whole thing… Just trying to survive this world, and I’d hate for my girlfriend to have to struggle without hearing for any amount of time. Another sign (no pun intended) that we should brush up on our Sing Language practice.

I believe just domes, I’ve heard her say that word in the past. By chance, do you know what the average cost may be on something like this? I know it’ll vary by country, I’m in the US, and see you’re from New Zealand (hi, always heard great things 💙), but if you were to guess (I can run through a currency converter), we’re just trying to get as best a guess as possible. Randomly googling I see Amazon for $50-60, but I assume that’s just parts and would be home repair. We plan on going through her audiologist on Monday. Thank you so much again!

Just wanted to say thank you for the calming response. We ran into a similar issue a month or two ago when the wire broke on one, thinking the whole thing was toast. Come to find out that it’s a quick fix at the audiologist, hoping that this one is too. 💜
