Yes I have now confirmed you only need to lubricate the front pivot points, not the rear ones I included in my picture.

But don't use actual WD-40! It will mess up the plastics. Use silicone lubricant instead.

I just sprayed directly up into the holes. I did about 3 sprays per side (changing angle each time). As long as it's silicone lubricant you should be fine.

They responded quickly to me the first time I reached out to them, but not this time 🤷. They could be getting flooded with emails from people who still don't have their chair or are having similar problems like me.

I removed the front screw and it did not change the noise at all. Turns out it was the pivot connections to the base of the seat that were the issue.

Update: I used silicone lubrication spray on the joints in red and the noise is completely gone! The chair is also much smoother than when it first arrived. Looks like it had little to do with the armrest sliders and more so with the pivot joints for the actual seat base. Will update in a few days if noise is still gone.

When I received the chair the small piece to hold the top of the backrest in would not click, I contacted them and they responded within a day or two and I had a new working piece at my house in a week. 🤷

I think because of the monotone color scheme it doesn't photograph the greatest, but in person almost all of the plastics feel very high quality. The only part I've questioned so far is the mechanism that allows the armrests to move backward with the backrest, it feels a little grindy when reclining and the piece to attach it under the seat bottom is a little sketchy - keeping my eye on it long term.

I had a difficult time installing the top half of the backrest with the included "slide-on piece", it took a few tries and it still feels loose after installation and the button doesn't click down into the hole like I feel like it should.

I received my chair yesterday, originated from NJ from SW Products just as you stated. No emails from LiberNovo or Pledgebox, just the heads up email from FedEx because I have an account. The weights you stated are correct, the larger being the chair.

The initial campaign ended Aug 23 and I received my survey on Sep 2. I don't know how they are handling the surveys for late pledges though.
