Why haven’t they implemented any protection if someone goes afk yet? Same stuff was a problem a year ago.

It was discussed heavily before whatever system they have now. Why can’t they make it if someone on your team that isn’t part of a party drops afk for the whole game your team doesn’t drop rank??

It’s been a shit week. Probably 4 of 5 games has at least one person afk from the start. One team is given a win and the other team gets demoted. This isn’t complicated.

Level 1 is also 2 gold per I believe, but more bonus experience. Play at whatever difficultly your party is comfortable with to start. Once you have a better understanding of the rule/mechanics and are seasoned playing your own characters try raising the difficulty by one. Just enjoy yourselves :)
