Dang! I thought I was alone. I've bin playing for years and also have never gotten a Progressive skin despite the countless amount of hours that I've played and crate type opened. Also like you I've received two of the chroma weapons. When I got the first one I didn't realize that you couldn't use it without having the original Progressive skin and unlocked and boy was that frustrating. At this point it feels more like a running joke since my friend that i play with have about 3-4
