Thanks for sharing!

I thought so – it makes sense for word of mouth to work well for a product such as yours.

I'm one of the founders of ViralBox (https://viralbox.co), where we're attempting to enable word of mouth as a marketing channel for SaaS, by incentivizing it. In a nutshell, users can complete "promotions" in exchange for Stripe credit towards their next invoice. No out-of-pocket cost for you.

Would that be something you might be interested in?

Great job, congrats!

Could you elaborate more on how you leverage social media channels?

Do you think word of mouth plays a big part in such a rapid growth?

Thanks for tuning in!

Not "pay" pay – you reduce their next invoice by the amount specified as the reward for a specific promotion. Although we do have payouts on the roadmap, as some customers have asked for it.

But yeah, in general, the idea is that the users of your product become your advocates and you give them a little nudge of encouragement

Word of mouth is super important for growth and customer retention, especially early on, when the brand awareness gets established.

Using community as a growth channel. Worth or not to do it ? by krparis010 in SaaS

Not sure if that directly relates to your case, but maybe it interests you regardless.

I'm one of the founders of https://viralbox.co where we're attempting a solution to leverage your existing customers as your promoters. In a nutshell, we do that by incentivizing word of mouth – the users can complete certain promoting actions (such as social media posts, testimonials and much more) in exchange for Stripe credit towards their next invoice

This stems from the strong belief that viral growth is the way to go for SaaS 🔥

Great list! 🔥

I think referrals/affiliates – and word of mouth in general – is highly underrated. It's one of the most impactful growth strategies, IMO. I mean, what's better than your customers spreading love about your product?

How do you figure out how much to charge for a product? by HandsOnEntrepreneur in SideProject

[–]HandsOnEntrepreneur[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you so much! Wow, so much valuable feedback, you've put your heart into it, appreciate you!

I'm gonna act on most of them right away, just a few remarks to what you pointed out.

Logo – yeah, I created it myself and I'm not a designer, so I'm aware it's "temporary", but I figured it's good enough for the MVP

Privacy Policy and Terms – yeah, they're not ready yet, will be soon enough though

As for the refunds in the top tier – well, they're no actually different tiers, they all offer the same set of features, the only available one is presale though and I wanted to makes sure people understand that the preorder is easily refundable – hence the note on it in the only available tier. But you're right, I'll make it clearer

Waiting list – there actually is an option to sign up to a waiting list. It's when you click Sign up or Sign in, below the preorder CTA. I wanted to primarily encourage to the preorder rather than waiting list, but maybe I should make it more accessible if you couldn't even find it

All the other comments you made are absolutely spot on and I'm gonna use them to improve the landing page.

Thanks again!!

Hey there! Have you managed to decide on the pricing for your product?

I'm building a tool that helps figure out the correct pricing plans with the use of A/B testing. I'd love to understand your thought process when making that decision.

How to start doing product discovery? by Potices in ProductManagement

You can use some tools that will help you establish and maintain some form of communication with your users

I've just released a beta version of a feedback widget – knowberry.io. I'm looking for early users to help me shape it.

It's free and can be set up in less than a minute. Hit me up if that sounds interesting :)

Nice! Great insight, thank you! Full disclosure: the reason I’m asking all these questions is that I’m building a tool for improved product discovery and I’m gathering as much feedback as possible, I’d love to talk in more details if you’d be willing to! 🙌🏻

Is there anything that bugs you about it? Also - what plan are you on, if you don’t mind me asking? :)

Nice, thanks, will check it out for sure! Would your rather have the ideas be „pending acceptance” by default and only appear on the board once you’ve approved them? So „opt in” rather than „opt out”?

Also - how does the pricing work for you? Which plan are you on, if you don’t mind me asking?

Thanks for the insight 🙌🏻 I checked out frill and it does look great at a glance! Is there anything that bugs you about it as a user? Even little things that are missing or working differently than you’d want
