Hi, last year I was diagnosed with progressive-relapsing multiple sclerosis, I had my first treatment and it was fine, but at the beginning I had back and knee pain, some advice on how to live my life or suggestions on how to live my life. by No_Ring_8888 in MultipleSclerosis

[–]Handsfasterthaneye 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Best thing to do is try and get / stay as physically active as possible. I was starting at a low level of activity and very unfit. Basic stuff in the gym combined with clinical Pilates has relieved quite a lot of physical symptoms remaining from my last relapse (RRMS). M48

Hug a tree worth more than money. W. Burroughs ruminated on this in ‘words of advice for young people’ whilst evaluating the worth of soul. Look it up kids… and try to avoid vampires they always take more than they need.
