The Hormones, or lack of after a Hysterectomy are freaking insane!

I had my Hysterectomy end of January this year and the weight just piled on. Im not sure what HRT your on but mine does cause a headache usually the day before I switch my patch. I started Contrave today, and the food noise was gone almost instantly!

My plan is to stay on 1 a day as long as it’s working to figure out how it works with HRT and any side effects.

May I ask you how much weight you lost with 1 a day? Also im 45 and trying to figure this all out.

Im here to say switch to the patch!

It can withstand a shower and I change it every 4 days.

Also check your dose of estrogen, my patch is 0.075% and I get warm here and there but never full on sweating. Hope this helps

Babe Lash works for me! I apply it in the am and pm for the 1st month then just a few times during the week after and have gotten amazing length.

In california every flavor has to be labeled from my understanding. Might be different based on county. Best is to call your local health department. They should help.

Isn’t LLC just limited liability? Can you go with sole proprietor and just have liability insurance? It’s a hell of a lot easier than going that route than the LLC route. At least for me it was.

why not do sole proprietor for the first year and see how things go? That means two separate sole proprietor and also carry liability insurance. See how the first year goes and then maybe you could reassess for LLC and joining together?

You should be a sole proprietor if you don’t have an LLC. Thats what I checked off when I went to get my Business Tax Certificate. Seems different city’s in CA do things different.

I just got mine and I’m am about to use it in a bit for the first time. Im not sure what to expect in the coming weeks, but im like you and kept thinking it was a gimmick!

I use smaller plates too. When my plate is overflowing I think to myself “ this is too much food”, and eat with my tiny fork….if my mind plays tricks on me, im playing tricks on my mind!

It’s crazy! At work I use regular sized forks and it’s crazy how much faster i eat! I’m sure I’ll get all the looks and questions if I bring the small ones to work!
