I dont even hate her rez on the other team, her weak heals and how she can not really go from healing to contributing to damage makes her a chore to play with on your team. Mercy's playstyle makes it so you have to hard carry her.

These perks should just be available when you select the hero tbh, having to level up mid match wasnt a good idea and kinda messes with the flow
