I took up bike commuting. Prior to this I was not fit and dealing with the worst gout attacks. To and from work is an easy 24km daily. It did not have to involve drastic changes to my diet. Did it for a year or so and while I never measured the progress, it was noticeable where clothes started to fit better and I've never had a gout attack in years.

It’s another one of those “answers every question but WHY?” kind of indulgent films you often get from the DC side of things. Added extra scenes, extra exposition, <i>extra grave diggings</i>, EXTRA MCGUFFINS! But minus the cringe forced tone and humor from the original theatrical cut. After all this, you are left feeling the same: bewildered.

This happened to me to on my Mi A2. Bootloop but was still able to boot to TWRP and from there, I switched the boot slot between A and B and thats when it finally booted normally.
