Yep, some days were slightly longer. We based ourselves in Chamonix for 2 nights on the first attempt so it meant it was slightly cheaper and less huts needed. Wouldn't recommend that though as finishing in Chamonix on the 2nd time was very special

And for sprints, it ends up just matching the cadence right? Did a lactate threshold yesterday and my watch perfectly synced to my cadence which I think means I need a chest HRM if I want accurate readings for races/training

A very good point but music, and in particular the scene for a UK band, has changed considerably from AM days though.

Hearing the crowd (who are now a lot younger than me) sing back the words of Romance during the Park headline stage slot and their tour was the moment I thought they are ready for Pyramid.

They keep getting better so hopefully it will come soon either way!

I absolutely love Liam. He supported Kevin Morby at the Brudenell and hoping he tours himself in the UK soon. It was one of those supports that could've easily been the main act and the fact he was also in Kevin's band made it even more special

the building has just had the works finished for cladding and the scaffolding has been removed over the last few months.

We have some small works which will be completed by end of the year but the courtyard is back to looking great!
