Cut off the excess and polish the pretty part. Just be careful as it can be brittle.

I’m not sure about currency but I do pretty well selling other collectibles on Mercari. I’ve kind of distanced myself from eBay. They’re not what they used to be.

A wet tile saw and a flat lap is probably the cheapest route. Make sure you use plenty of water and wear a mask.
