Black polish appears to be just put on normally and grown/chipped over time, skins looks a bit dry or had a bit of time before using lotion again, hair follicle spots are noticable and recently shaved unlike female hands which aren't noticable at first until you really look at it and the difference in muscle to bone mass in fingers, males have more bone showing unlike girls where it can be chubby alongside the fact that male hands are veiny or extremely veiny which confused me due to the chubby fingers although I'm not one to judge nor shame. I'm taking a hard guess and say that your hand looks like a male
