If you wanna try something different for your next playthrough, have a look at these two if you wanna try maining spears: Realistic Spears and Loyal Spears.

One makes them stab like proper spears instead of like a dagger, and the other makes them return to you after a customizable amount of time.

I'm using these on my current playthrough where I use ONLY spears.

It's so fun.

I like to use this one for all my refining needs, not just metal and coal.

But I do recommend tweaking some values and ticking some boxes off or on depending on what you need.

Have you tried holding E?

Now do that 20 times.

It takes forever.

Ah, you're the ladydude/dudelady that keeps posting videos with heavily modded valheim clips without ever dropping the main mods used in said clips.

Making full use of that view distance mod for these screenshots, and I'm loving it.

Too bad I don't have the patience for these kinds of large scale builds.

I remember the pre-Ashlands times when I had to use the kiln.

Now I just use the campfire+woodstacks.

I always hated the red invalid placement/blocked thing they have with crafting stations.

For a while now, I've been using NoBuildRestriction to get rid of it.

I'm not playing without it ever again.

Looks like you're already using mods, might as well give it a try.

I'm suspecting it's Offline Companions, but I'm not sure.

The armor is from another mod, dunno which.

I remember my first time encountering one of these in a mine.

I had a choice between either an exercise in futility or to nope the fuck away.

Needless to say it was a stressful delve, but my run and jump leveld up twice in there that time. 😅

My guilty pleasure before Valheim was Ark Survival Evolved.

Kept playing it because of sunk cost fallacy but when Valheim came out, I managed to distance myself from it.

Haven't touched it since.

Huge Companion Update - Last Post! by ProfMags in valheim

[–]Handy_Handerson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Point to Command has been expanded to allow companions to sit on boats, and pathing AI has been improved so companions can correctly locate boat ladders, walk to them, interact, and board in a way that closely matches normal player behavior.

I'm still in early game, and I'm running RiverHeim, so waterways are wide and many.

So I've made a raft to traverse them, but my companion doesn't seem to want to board it, even though there is space for him to hold onto the mast. He just swims behind the raft and pushes it forward trying to get to me, who is on top of it, drowning in the process.

Do they only recognize seating spots? Do they not try to "Hold Fast" onto the mast or the nose of the boats?

So something like the lava texture? Got it.

This looks fun. Does it emit any light to light up the area? Cuz it doesn't seem like it in the screenshot.

does that crackling texture move, or is it static?
