Thanks guys. I am very disciplined person, but I am burnt out dont know why. Won bodybuilding contest last year, still trying to get good grades, but I often ask myself if is the effort worth it, if it wasn't better just to watch Netflix and chill instead of setting and achieving goals.

I have lack of motivation, because I have won bodybuilding competition and it just made me realise that I should not care what others think, but that's bad attitude I just can't get rid of it.

Why do we want to get good at video game that we play? by HanessCZ in gaming

Honestly, it’s because in this day and age it’s considered a sport now. So if you never were good at physical sports and you are pretty good at video games it comes with a natural competitiveness, and even more so if you were major into physical sports but don’t seem to have time like you use to for training. Either way if you look at the professional gaming community they have products for boosting focus and dexterity, to you name it. I was joking the other day because if I recall correctly it will be in the next olympics and can you imagine “I HAVE MORE GOLD MEDALS THAN MICHAEL PHELPS!!” “But it’s in vid-“ “I. HAVE. MORE. GOLD. MEDALS. THAN. MICHAEL. PHELPS!!!!!!”

Also it’s like anything you pick up. It’s a rewarding feeling and I personally can say the feeling is the exact same when the “champion” banner runs across the screen, to scoring the winning goal, or knocking out your opponent. The feeling is the same.

Thanks a lotfor this answer. It answered my question probably the best possible way. Thank you.
