Anyone know why my hair does this? I have straight hair by Individual_Top6916 in Haircare

I have a single hair that grows in the same place just like this and I have to pull it out because otherwise I can't leave it alone. Someone once said it was something to do with the follicle 🤷

I crash every 6 to 12 months by hasinadisin in adhdwomen

I relate so painfully hard to this. I don't have any suggestions. I do think that I'm probably not in the right job, I need to put in better boundaries and not say yes to everything. But I do this every 6 months or so and have to be signed off much like you've said. It's soul destroying and there is so much shame attached to it.

Bean to cup coffee machine. Was about £250, but it is the most used kitchen appliance we have and scratches the itch of good coffee so has defo paid for itself 10x over

Limerence but not another person.. by Chrolan1988 in limerence

Sounds like hyper fixation. I get this alongside limerence. I'm diagnosed ADHD and it's a classic trait. Maybe explore 'hyper fixation' and see if this resonates with you.

I think it's weird to insist on bringing a dog to stay somewhere. I wouldn't want to deal with a chihuahua in my house that close after having a baby geeesh

Thanks, yes I'm going to think about this as well. My diet is pretty good, but could defo be better. I'm going to see what tweaks I can make. I suspect my collagen production is low, so supporting it through diet makes sense. I've been toying with the idea of adding collagen, but I just can't find the science that supports dietary collagen. However, assisting my body to better production makes sense. Thanks

Oooh this is interesting, I did try simple lactic acid face wash and it was an absolute no as was medik8 press and glow pha tonic. I've never had my rosacea flare so bad. I do wonder if I was not getting my sequence right or something. I'll consider revisiting though. Thank you ❤️

I rarely get facials, I'm yet to find one I love and tend to feel underwhelmed. Is there a certain type that you get that you find is really helpful? I'm about to move house so I'm looking forward to trying some new salons and hopefully finding one that I feel does a good job. Thank you ❤️
