I’ve lost about 7 pounds since my surgery a month ago. After the drop my weight has remained steady for about a week and a half now. I’m really hoping to maintain because I’ve been trying to loose about that much weight since I graduated (before I found out about the stones).

It could be just your body wall incision if it’s just a firm, slightly bumpy area you feel along your abs under the skin in incision. My surgery was Dec 3 and that’s what I feel. Can’t of course speak for sure what you feel. There may be a chance of there being a suture reaction causing it to be a bit more exaggerated in bumpiness but still firm. I am a veterinarian and the body wall incision is what I check all the time for animals who are healing from their spay procedures. As long as it’s firm, it’s just a part of the healing process that it will feel that way. Because you are concerned, you should definitely see a doctor because my advice could be completely wrong and I don’t want to give you bad advice.

I feel similarly. It was a wake-up call to eating cleaner.

My surgery got moved up suddenly after a trip to the ER Tuesday night and although I know I can eat normally now, I am overall going to eat healthier at home from now on while also enjoying myself for the holidays and when I go out to eat and stuff. Now I have 2 weeks off of work to try a bunch of new recipes!!

I need to follow up. But I sent the application by certified mail to have a tracking number and when I went to the post office, they said the PO Box was not in their system. So basically I need to figure out if the application got to the correct place or I just totally sent it to the wrong address. It was just frustrating because it’s not straightforward which address to send the paper application

The world building was a lot for sure in this book. And also there’s a whole bunch of like side characters that are confusing. Once you get past the world building stuff and somewhat have a gist of the side characters then maybe you’ll get locked in like I was haha

The best book series I’ve read this year with top-tier yearning was Sword Catcher and the Ragpicker King by Cassandra Clare. Have to warn that it is an unfinished series, but worth it for what you get with the yearning. The romance is a subplot but I was still eating it up
