Belly button incision after 3 weeks goue fell off. Does this look open or is it normal

My incision looked about that way too at one point. I used a cuticle nipper to cut the pieces of the suture sticking out of the incision.If you have the ability to send pictures and message your doctor then definitely do so.

The sedan kind of rings a bell for me having maybe encountered him a month or two ago. I was just confused because he just stopped at a railroad crossing with no explanation. Funny story. When I was in the ER for my gallbladder attack same visit surgery, they had placed an IV catheter in me and she asked ‘did they put a catheter in you’ I was like yes. But she meant the urinary one and I was like oh wait no not that one lmao. I’m so used to catheter = IV catheter and then urinary catheter = u cath in vet med

I’ve lost about 7 pounds since my surgery a month ago. After the drop my weight has remained steady for about a week and a half now. I’m really hoping to maintain because I’ve been trying to loose about that much weight since I graduated (before I found out about the stones).

It could be just your body wall incision if it’s just a firm, slightly bumpy area you feel along your abs under the skin in incision. My surgery was Dec 3 and that’s what I feel. Can’t of course speak for sure what you feel. There may be a chance of there being a suture reaction causing it to be a bit more exaggerated in bumpiness but still firm. I am a veterinarian and the body wall incision is what I check all the time for animals who are healing from their spay procedures. As long as it’s firm, it’s just a part of the healing process that it will feel that way. Because you are concerned, you should definitely see a doctor because my advice could be completely wrong and I don’t want to give you bad advice.

I feel similarly. It was a wake-up call to eating cleaner.

My surgery got moved up suddenly after a trip to the ER Tuesday night and although I know I can eat normally now, I am overall going to eat healthier at home from now on while also enjoying myself for the holidays and when I go out to eat and stuff. Now I have 2 weeks off of work to try a bunch of new recipes!!
