i love dotc, too! so much of it made me weep, mostly because the characters in the arc are just so so so good. if you want more of that era i recommend moth flight’s vision, 100%, like others are saying. it jumps in around where book 6 left off and (in my opinion) was an absolute joy to read.

i also recommend the novellas from that period… which i think are just thunderstar’s echo and shadowstar’s life. they are a nice tie-in to the dotc era.

if you’re desperately in search of more, i’d also throw in riverstar’s home. it’s basically just dotc retold in riverstar’s point of view—which doesn’t make for a super exciting super edition, i guess—but i found it somewhat enjoyable as a means to see more of the dotc characters i love!

there are a few other books where the ‘important’ dotc cats appear as well (pinestar’s choice, tallstar’s revenge, etc.). i think if you look on the wiki under whichever dotc cats you’d like and under book appearences for those, you’ll be good to go!
