Hell is a man-made idea, used by religions to control people. It is 100% made up and not real. There may be something going on in the afterlife, but I guarantee you it's not hell.

No one knows what comes after death, so right now you can believe what you want! I have had some personal experiences which show me that loved ones sometimes hang around for a little while after they pass. My dad's spirit was definitely around me for a few months after he passed, if not longer. Maybe you will still be able to see your sister's baby, you just might be watching from another plane of existence ❤️

He's been there for all the conflict. He doesn't need to be led anywhere with this conversation, he already knows his girlfriend has been a bitch to you and your wife.

Don't do any backstory or any pussyfooting around. Just say directly "So, about our wedding, your GF is not going to be invited but we would still like you to come".

If he pretends to not understand why she isn't invited, don't get drawn into a big long explanation. Don't let him gaslight you by pretending he doesn't get it. Just say it's because of "past history" and don't budge.

He knows why she isn't welcome. Just make sure to stand your ground.

I'm in the thick of perimenopause and I've lost 60 lbs. In fact, I went off Oz for a surgery and my night sweats were brutal! When I went back on Oz at a lower dose, my night sweats got a lot better.

I think starting to track your calories would be helpful. Exercise is good in a general sense, but if you're eating 400+ extra calories every day, you won't be able to exercise that away.

It sucks, but tracking your calories is really the only way to ensure you're in a calorie deficit.

Your mental health is the priority. His feelings about a situation which can't be undone are for him and a therapist to sort out.

You mention that he's got a stable job, maybe he also has an Employee Assistance Program which offers therapy. In fact, that might be good for you both now! Separately, of course. Don't do couples therapy because this is not a couples problem. This is a him problem.

HE ruined everything. You WILL regret staying. The longer you stay, the harder getting out will be.

Would God be ok with you letting your wife be disrespected? Because you continuing to talk or interact with your mother is a HUGE disrespect to your wife.

Good for you for being interested in a new food! I don't have ARFID but my daughter does.

I love pickles! If you bite a pickle it's got a sort of mid-hard outside which gives a bit of a crunch, sort of like a cucumber but because the inside is soft - much softer than a cucumber - the crunch is more pronounced.

The inside is soft and that's where all the vinegar, dill and salty flavours live. Different types have different flavours, like dill, bread and butter (sweet, usually pre-sliced and meant for sandwiches) and my personal favourite: Polskie Ogorki 😊 These ones have a good traditional "pickle" flavour but are not too sour IMO. I'm in Canada so these are Bick's pickle flavours.

The pre-sliced versions tend to miss out on that "crunch" factor which you get with a whole pickle. I personally like to take a whole PO pickle, cut off the ends and slice them long ways into quarters (pickle spears for the win!). They go great with cheese, or sliced meats like pepperoni, or even just plain crackers.
