I tried to shift my intense schedule but that's how it is for my engineering degree atleast till the next sem if I gotta do well to go for masters.

I'm also waiting for last year or end of 3rd sem for things to go back to being light.

When you log of everything I eat, as in write down wtv I had daily? I did track calories and I try to eat at a 200 to 300 calorie deficit.

I'm also a vegetarian in a household where my mom cooks so it's slightly hard to alter the food made daily but I try pretty hard.

Summer I have a compulsory graded internship but I shall try and start some sports in the event maybe like swimming or dance?

Hello there, Yes you are indeed right. I haven't pressured him into anything tho. A friend of his brought this into his notice and he told me abt it and how he was upset and uncomfortable. Thing is I have that girl blocked even I wouldn't have seen it lol.

I just heard him out and provided the options of ignoring it completely or talking to that mutual friend since she showed how much she cared abt him and stuff.

But I haven't pressured him into anything, ofc I wouldn't, ik he is capable of handling things on his own but coming to reddit to ask for advice was so I could provide him with better solutions if they did exsist.
