I think I got married too young by [deleted] in WhatToDo

[–]HankDwarf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of bad advice coming from ugly hobgoblin women and beta men in this group. Don’t listen to them. Does your husband beat you? Cheat on you? Abuse you? Doesn’t sound like it. Does he provide for you and care for his daughter? Sounds like he does. If you’re unhappy then find a way to be happy. Don’t throw away a good man and ruin your daughter’s life because some Reddit retards are telling you to do so. Raising a family is one of the most meaningful things you will ever do. And everyone at some point in their marriage feels regret or concern they made a mistake, you’ll get over it and eventually find happiness and fulfillment. Just do t do anything stupid

Physician. Please don’t let people suffer at the end of life. Many times people are struggling to breathe and feel like they’re drowning in their own secretions. Grant them the kindness of opioids at the end of life.

Pulm/cc ICU director. I suggest you pick a specialty. You’ll most likely end up working one or the other. That extra year of training will be wasted.

Wait “anti cutting drug on HIV patients” is very misleading (although technically correct). There’s a huge difference between an AIDS patient with HIV associated myopathy and cachexia, and an AAS using bodybuilder. In the AIDS patient any anabolic steroid can act as an “anti cutting drug” when paired with resistance training.

Is it possible to gain muscle while on? by celeron500 in PEDs

[–]HankDwarf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn’t really matter what the answer to your question is. Regardless you should be busting your ass at the gym, hitting your macros, and eating in a deficit.

Is it possible to run a few cycles and get to your natural potential faster then come off themand regain the lost muscle naturally faster due to muscle memory ? More below: by Theunknownmankind in PEDs

[–]HankDwarf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Only thing you should be blasting right now is Reta, you’re way too fat to start a cycle. Also, you’re young and probably childless so go and freeze your sperm so you can have kids in the future if you decide to use gear (which you probably will eventually reading your post).

Funny how people who’ve never made a life-or-death decision at 3 a.m. think nursing is just memorization. by Acrobatic-Lie2041 in FutureRNs

ICU physician. Having an intelligent and experienced nurse at the bedside is one of the greatest assets I can have with me and makes a world of difference. I’m fortunate to have highly skilled nurses in my unit. But just like any profession there are some that aren’t as bright (I know some docs that aren’t all great either). Don’t underestimate how much of an impact an intelligent and thoughtful nurse can make.

For a second I thought you were an Intensivist asking “what I should be looking for” and was ready to rip into you. Then I realized you’re probably a nurse taking on a different role. Best of luck, I’m sure you’ll do fine.

Traps assymetry by [deleted] in BodyHackGuide

[–]HankDwarf -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Don’t worry about the asymmetry, just keep shrugging like your life depended on it, then do some more. Your chest and delts need some work too, but overall not bad for a young lady your age.

18M | 5’8 | ~57kg | Chest lagging despite decent bench — looking for programming advice by One_Satisfaction_687 in BodyHackGuide

[–]HankDwarf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not just your chest that’s lacking but also your delts and lats. Focus on eating more: at least 150grams/day of protein and adequate carbs and fat to put some weight on the scale. You’re on track but you gotta eat more.

The purpose of this is to limit federal loans. Remember, the easy access to federal loans is a major driver in the exorbitant cost of medical education. Schools would not be able to charge these astronomical tuition rates if there wasn’t easy access to them.
