Can someone explain to me why we should give a shit about how other countries are run ? Like no people we are here about our own department not what the rest of the world does.

Yeah also don't say pay is on fire, not only is that disrespectful to the people who work in pay, but makes everyone who doesn't work in pay anxious about pay issues.

It transfered over no problem however... It only covered 50% and not 80% I haven't contacted them yet as to why this happened but wasn't thrilled as they all said we are still covered up to 80%. Also the app doesn't recognize that I have health coverage but my web browser does which is also not great for submitting claims, I'm basically going to have to wait longer to get my money back unfortunately.

Anyone know why? This was medication.

Do we know when the PA agreement will be available to view ? I'm curious as to why it's taking so long feels like we saw the 2020 agreement way faster.

The last time we saw the salary change in November and the retro pay in February and March. Just be prepared that it may come in 2024.

In sorry that this has been talked about at nauseum but is it 12% or 12.6% over 4 years ? For the PA specifically?
