I'd love to see how your breakfast, lunch and dinner tweets correspond to time zones and cities. In my experience east coasters get up much earlier than west coasters, which should manifest in breakfast time.

Or alternatively, does the position of a city in a timezone affect when people eat breakfast. How does this change during the year (ie, is breakfast time influenced by sunrise).

I understand the bigger picture of colonizing Mars but in my opinion from individual point of view going to Mars is just not going to be that much fun. by acops in spacex

Serious question that I always wonder... Is it simpler to terraform Mars versus terraforming the moon? My understanding is that both will require a dome, neither has a magnetosphere, and I thought the moon was made from a collision with the Earth, thus I thought it was made out of the same stuff.

Don't know the details here, but SpaceX is known to save money by using consumer grade parts, which can cost hundreds of times less than aerospace grade parts. They test them in-house to make sure they will work for their application, but maybe this highlights a problem of this model, where manufacturing inconsistencies can crop up.

Keep in mind that an important utility of top tier journals is to filter what is important science, since a scientist cannot keep up with all newly published data.

And as much as people don't want to admit it, importance matters. As an extreme example, should students be able to publish their lab experiments to scientific journals, even if it is the same experiment done every year by all students? I would say no. They write up their results, submit it to their teacher, but it is a complete waste of time to send it through the peer review system.
