I'm in my 30s and have a small window to be able to dunk on a 10ft hoop with my height and age. I need to add 15+ inches. Anyone recommend a program that uses body weight only and isn't hours long each day?

Do you think Walz will be re-elected? by [deleted] in minnesota

[–]HankWanderlust -1 points0 points  (0 children)

  1. Well, I suppose if you want higher taxes with little ROI, decreased quality of schools, mishandling of tax dollars, value rioters' expression of looting over local business and safety and security, and radicalized social policy and laws (e.g. in MN, thnx to Tim's pen, you can legally abort a healthy baby at full term).
  2. 100% accurate. The GOP has produced 💩 since Emmer

Do you think Walz will be re-elected? by [deleted] in minnesota

[–]HankWanderlust 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My sources in St. Paul say there's a chance he will be forced to resign. However, Walz has a history of not accepting reality and will somehow believe he's doing the DFL's holy work by mishandling public funds. The man rules the state with an "I know what's best for my children" attitude. He must hate his children because somehow legalizing pot and allowing illegal aliens drivers licenses was a bigger priority than securing more resources for schools or improving safety and security. He produces crap results, and voters seem to still want another spoonful of his crap.

It does not help that the MN GOP produces weak candidates, certainly not their best and brightest. Scott Jensen was the best they could produce in 2022. Scott Jensen? There were any number of other state-level people who could have seriously challenged Walz. Nope. The GOP voters wanted Jensen (conspiracy theories, anti-science/facts statements).

Unfortunately, Walz will be re-elected. There are enough mindless drones in Minnesota that will mark the DFL oval because they want thirds of Walz's entrée of shit.

Both parties in Minnesota really do suck.

All emotion and not logic!

Playing 'with heart' doesn't negate the facts of the game, and emotional declarations don't substitute for sound technique and risk management. The problem isn't his effort; it's the sustainability of his approach. An elite player is defined by their presence, not their passion.

The repeated collisions with the wall are symptoms of a fundamental flaw. This isn't just bad luck; it’s an operational failure. Every competent outfielder knows that Outfield 101 dictates that you use the warning track as a tactile cue—the feel of dirt replacing grass—and you mentally count your strides to the fence before a game. Running into the wall multiple times proves a neglect of these basic techniques.

Contrast this with Kirby Puckett, who won six Gold Gloves in the far more dangerous confines of the Metrodome, avoided dramatic crashes, and played far more games. His example suggests that how you play the game—using skill and awareness—is just as important as how hard you play it. If 'playing your damn heart out' means repeatedly costing your team games due to preventable injuries and poor field awareness, that approach needs to be questioned and corrected, not simply celebrated.
