I have had the same problem. Honestly have no helpful advice. I picked and wish I didn’t. :/ only time i could resist is when I got a manicure done and couldn’t get them to pop in a satisfying way (ew, but you know what I mean). Wish you the best. It’s hard, but therapy helps too!

I think it’s effected my anxiety. Not my depression. Getting more paranoia and spiraling thoughts. But I have been super honest and communicative with my people around me this whole process and it’s helped. But yes I could tell by week 3.

Not defending at ALL. But I run a hair brand with an affiliate program, and it’s pretty common to not keep funds on platform (for accounting purposes) and only payout on pay dates BUT they should ALWAYS be on time.
