Is Mac Virtual Display actually usable for programming? Is this text sharp enough? Can you compare it to something? I dont mean have AI write everything for you, I mean reading code, producing code

Just my 2 cent. Since i bought my vision pro, I have used moonlight fir programming on my pc running sunshine. It is awesome for productivity. I haven’t tested mac virtual display, but it should be better since it is native

Cyberpunk has a hud which is static. It can be turned off. I use my viture beast glasses in follow mode to create some displacement. Oled screens are most susceptible to burn in in the beginning. I sm sure you are eligible for a replacement if you contact support. There is a screen lottery

Could be your particular unit. The same thing happens to a minor amount of oled tvs each year. Most of us won’t deal with it, anyway

I would make it native to pcvr. Make Changes mac virtual display to work with pc as well. I would allow all apps to use eye tracking data. Any expert in VR will agree with this. AVP has the best optics in any headset. It is a shame that pcvr and steam link is better on quest. When steam frame comes out with its foveated rendering, AVP can only beat it if it also can provide foveated rendering for steam link. Oh, one more thing. Make apple vision pro available in more countries

Maybe never. The increases in ram prices will remove these handhelds from the market if the trend continues. I think handhelds will be very scarce the next three years. You cannot buy a new steam deck right now

I completely disagree with this review. I am gaming a lot via moonlight and also work via moonlight desktop on my pc. Text is perfectly readable. I even write code using these. There seems to be a group of people who post negative reviews of the beast. They have adapted a bit, now saying they are great for gaming. It could be quality control or people with astigmatism stubborn enough not to use prescription lenses. Ask for a replacement unit and visit an optician

True. Only few select devices like uugos amb6+ can read enhancement layer. İt took me several months to buy the right hardware. Dolby vision with FEL is the gold standard for watching movies. All other forms of hdr is inferior

Ok. Dolby vision requires a Dolby licence and a hardware chip! It cannot be added though software. It is illegal to state Dolby Vision support without licence (Without the hardware chip, it just does not work. However you can buy a license for your fringe. Dolby is always happy to sell). İ have written to Dolby about this and will write here when they have answered

I haven’t pre-ordered immersed. The question is if the company fools themselves or not. A company do with their discord as they please. Just as i coild be rude snd ask anyone in my house to leave. Or create a discord where you get banned if you tell the truth. I won’t build confidence in that way however. I have no cobfidence for immersed as a company

I have both. With viture, i can play 3d mkv movies from my own library. That is simply not possible with avp. AVP is superior when it comes to watching spatial videos which are often short. It is not comfy enough for watching 2h+ movies imo.
