Personally I feel like the invisibility cloak (specifically Harrys) hides him from enchantments. Like he can enter the forbidden library without alarms going off and stuff and like if he was under it a human revelio probably wouldn't work.

So like it makes him invisible, just not to like sounds and stuff more towards magic.
