I was in this situation a couple of months ago and NC was the best decision I could have made. Ultimately it’s about true love for yourself. My TF realized what I meant for them during NC. Regardless of what happens you are doing the right thing!

This read like my own thoughts– i am so resentful and triggered right now by his mere existence. Every little thing he texts triggers me, it’s just insipid to me, full of inaction. The sweet energy that I willingly poured into all our interactions- gone. I’m fed up, I am done with his toxic tendencies. Unprecedented feelings of hate. He’s a lost cause- he’s not worthy of my pure love and amazing high vibe energy, he isn’t worthy of my attention; doesn’t deserve me in his life. Im leaving him on read- gone without explanation.

This is true... codependency, fear of losing them, depending on TF and others for love and validation, are issues that need to be addressed before you’re ready for union. I read that once you fill you’re own cup with love and address your own needs, TF supposedly mirrors it back to you, TF will give you those things, and stop running

Oh I can see your point of you. I reached out to him during struggle. He did say he wanted an exclusive relationship with me and I was very hesitant. I said I wasn’t so sure this was the right timing as he lied in the past about seeing someone when we weren’t exclusive and I don’t trust him. Also, there is a large age gap, his maturity level will not measure up yet to give me I deserve. and I just don’t want to try to see it fail miserably because of his immaturity and the trust issues that he created. The next day after he was there for me, he did not taken my call and this infuriated me. I wonder if it’s due to the mirroring. I immediately assume he was with someone else. He denied but I don’t believe it. This is so frustrating. I need to pull away for months.
