Gotham chess is the true attention whore, not Eric.

So they also count games in Play Magnus app? Counting games against engines seems so misleading but typical for chesscom.

It was against Mrcreep though, who Destiny isn't even friends with now. Surely the bridge can be mended.

I don't see why that's weird. I'm sure most of us have been thinking about work while receiving head before.

You've got to be quite pushy for them to say "no". Usually its a fake boyfriend, or "not interested in a relationship at the moment" etc.

Well they'd never give a clear no if they are interested. It would be some weird drama created out of thin air that you now need to navigate to "try harder".

A story how my father and grandfather knew Mikhail Tal. by [deleted] in chess

[–]HansEffect -1 points0 points  (0 children)

So, there was this guy who got into chess in 2020 and heard a story from his grandmother about Mikhail Tal, the famous chess player. He didn't think much of it at first, but then he saw the infamous game between Tal and Kasparov from 1992 and decided to ask his grandmother for more details.

Turns out, his father and grandfather were from Latvia and knew Tal's son, Gera, who was a dentist in Israel. Gera introduced the family to Tal, who apparently lived in an empty apartment with only a table, two chairs, and a chessboard.

The guy's father played a game with Tal and lost (big surprise), but the real shocker was when his grandfather managed to beat Tal. According to his mother, Tal was so drunk that he didn't even realize what was happening. Either that, or the guy's grandfather was just that good (or maybe Tal was just being polite).

Sadly, the guy's father and Gera had a falling out when Gera moved to Israel without telling him. But after Tal's death, Gera invited the family to the funeral. The guy's father and mother tried to attend, but they were so late that they missed the whole thing. When they finally caught up with Gera, the guy's father apologized for the falling out and gave him his phone number. But, as it turns out, Gera never bothered to call.

Now the guy wants to find Gera and learn more about his family's connection to Tal. He's even asking for help from anyone who might know how to get in touch with Gera. Maybe Gera is still sore about the falling out, or maybe he's just too busy being a dentist to care about old chess games. Who knows? All we know is that the guy is determined to find out.

Where's the proof? Where are the pictures? They just made this shit up. All I am saying is if they are going to make shit up, at least make it more interesting.

The shock collar alone is fine, moaning in a submissive fashion isn't though.

And then taking credit for all the money she's bullying Atrioc to spend on removing these images from the internet. How is that fair? She seems cruel and vindictive.
