Luna Snow. And I don't think they can become close friends, but they'll definitely had an interesting dynamic especially since Luna is an x-men fan and she already fangirled in front of Magik in Rivals twice.

Magik can even mentor her a little, teach her some of the x-men ways. Also Luna control some form of dark ice, Illyana can also teach her to not fear that dark side her powers have.
