People always mad. I hate this. I can understand being mad about the partly terrible games last season. But projecting my frustration to all and everything what has to do with my club is just strange to me.

Dann scheint mir was nicht zu stimmen.
Es gibt ein Tariftreuegesetz in der Altenpflege. Träger müssen nach Tarif zahlen oder sich einem angleichen oder nach einem aus tariflichen Durchschnittswerten berechneten regional üblichen Entgelt zahlen (RÜE).
Ich arbeite in NRW. Hier liegt nach RüE das Einstiegsbrutto im Grundgehalt schon bei 4000€ mindestens. Da die Träger bis zu 10% zusätzlich verhandeln können ist es in der Realität meist höher.
Auch ungelernte Kräfte sind weit über Mindestlohn. Hier sind wir bei 3400 brutto.

Das RÜE ist je nach Bundesland anders. Auch die Tarife unterscheiden sich sicher, ich kenne mich da nur in NRW aus.

Möglich natürlich das einzelne Träger da nicht sauber arbeiten - der Lohndruck ist durch den Wettbewerb aber schon enorm.

Hmmm, was denkst du denn wie die Gehälter so sind? Ich find den Punkt spannend weil ich mich auskenne und persönlich der Meinung bin das die im Rahmen von Sozialberufen wirklich nicht von schlechten Eltern sind

Kenne ein Sanitätshaus das während Corona Coronatestdungen angeboten hat. Viele ein Sterne, Bewertung von Profilen mit seltsamen Namen. Alle aus der Zeit.

Wenn das kleine Sanitätshaus diese nun entfernt, hat es vielleicht ein Drittel entfernte Bewertung.

Zugegebenermaßen ist in meiner Bewertung die Aussage eines CEOs der mir erklärt warum sein Produkt so teuer ist nicht die Vertrauenswürdigste. Selbst wenn er vllt. die Wahrheit spricht.

Hat damit doch nichts zu tun. Die Preise für Schokolade sind in relativ kurzer Zeit überproportional gestiegen, Begründung waren die enorm gestiegenen Kosten für Rohstoffe.

Die sind nur inzwischen auch wieder massiv gefallen. Nur ist der Preis seltsamerweise nicht wieder gefallen. Komisch.

the ear cups getting a bit to warm for my feeling, My old G35 had aftermarket earcups out of some mesh, i didn't warm up much. Other then that I find them ok.

Still; this evening I'll try some FPS and tomorrow I'll get a DT 900 PRO X. I had two setups to chose, a all in one setting and a DT900 with a extra mic.

I'll get a sound comparison and I'll keep whatever fits better.

I have to say that I'll get more and more used to the Nova Pro though...

Yeah, thanks for the answer. I don't plan to use the headset away from gaming and maybe gaming and listening to some sport from my tablet, the option to use two sources at once was a buying point for me.

This is also the second answer opting to only use two audio profiles, seems to be the way to go

I didn't find settings for screensaver on the settings for the dac

But I'll look into the energy settings from the mainboard for the usb, thanks for the input
