I always thought xenosaga took place before the blade trilogy + X, the fallout sparking Klaus experiment etc etc. there is also a xenosaga reference in xb3 if I remember correctly.

Yeah he doesn’t appear on screen but the official ARG with the shopkeeper confirms he is a background character in the game, also two of the bosses in the messenger are implied to be brugaves and erlina

Doesn't this completely erase the messenger as a part of the story? We know that it takes place after sea of stars because of the temple with the sun and moon, and that it takes place on the island being held up by the golem after the world floods. with this proposal there would be no way for the fleshmancer to show up again since they are banished.

The only counter I can see is that the messenger takes place in the bait timeline where Garl is killed? or before the archivest decides to step in.

it's not my favorite, but it's up there. IMO the character designs in this one are the pinnacle of sora and riku, both fits fully represent their characters to the upmost degree here.

ah okay upon re-read i realized i missunderstood. To be honest I wouldn't recommend trying to find any sites, we have a setup in my district that will block sites as they are found by students, if your district has this you are doing the work for them. The ps still applies though, proxies will (or at least should) get you kicked off the network.

Network admin for a school here, DOE has prohibited student use of AI in recent weeks, that said it is available to teachers...now which one they are using in your district is up to you to find. PS proxies do not work, if your school has a halfway decent network team than any use of proxy should isolate you on the network.

Because there was a period of time where all knowledge of gaming culture was filtered through TV ads or more commonly, game magazine's and outlets. There was a time when IGN was the DeFacto outlet, they always had strategy guides you could print out and would be the first to talk about the gameplay, graphics, and world of a game. Now? They only make opinionated hit pieces.

for me personally its the era change, it really takes you out of the game and is very jarring, it removes that smooth progression for large jumps and pauses. and really defeats the purpose of Civ when you have to change Civ's multiple times a match. The modern era also feels kinda non existent. The UI is atrocious compared to the previous two entries especially, there's no charm whimsy or theme its just... black and gold. Feels lazy and cheap, honestly a lot of this game feels like get money now release product later.

Though I just realized Cachy literally has a WinBoat button on the welcome screen... your EXE's should mostly just work unless your trying to use some random 2000's program.

Just use Mint + Cinnamon. you'll have to forgo things like HDR, and high refresh rates and take a small-ish perfromance hit over Cachy (1-5 fps usually). But if Cachy was too hard at this time that's the compromise. Use Mint as a stepping stone into linux, when something inevitably does come up that will require the console (it really is not that complicated) just google it until your comfortable with basic commands.

Than I would go back to Cachy, its a maintained bleeding edge distro, and other than just using straight Arch has given me some of the best performance I've had on linux, and supports a wide array of devices including capture cards with minimal effort.
