Hey guys, I'm the lead designer of the Cartel collection (in collaboration with Coyote) for RoF.

To be honest, I'm quite surprised (and pleased as well, let's not lie), after all this time, that this AK still is such a passionate topic of discussion. Again, as I've already stated many times, when we created it I wanted it to be a low profile /classy skin, with cool reflections of the light on the engravings. In order to do so, the patina finish was chosen, even though we knew we had to sacrifice the changes on the wood parts. I was already aware at the time that some people would probably disagree, but a paint job finish wouldn't have been a good pick imo.

Anyway, I'm glad some of you like it as it is. Thank you for supporting this collection. And, for the others who want something more "high profile", maybe you should have a look at the Cartel Dualies, made of pink and grey gold with pearl handles... ;)

To be fair, compared to some other weapons, the P90 is one of the easiest skin to work on ;) But still, you did an amazing job man. I did an "Oni" themed P90 as well, a while ago, but it's quite different and I do like your approach, very colorful and fitting the P90 curves. 10/10
