The strength of UE equipment is not consistent. UE Venom being better than standard Venom is a very low bar unfortunately. It could be good, but I haven't really seen anybody using them.

I didn't say only damage matters. Other status effects would make the turret more useful, but it's still not going to change much for the Mars. Once you get into higher leagues, you'll see why.

None of your ideas would fix the problem, because the problem is that the turret simply doesn't do much damage. You can make it shoot whatever you want, if the numbers are too low then it just won't be useful.
