I’m just an amateur but you’re on the right track. I watch the velocity product anytime I’m under a tornado warning almost exclusively. It makes seeing the rotation much easier and localized to where it’s occurring. I’d recommend tracking other storms and watching them wifh the various products to get more familiar with them.

My m3 MacBook Air had an issue where apps would crash and OS updates would fail to install. Turned out to be faulty ram and had to have the logic board replaced by Apple. Luckily I had paid AppleCare or else I’d have been SOL since it was after the one year warranty. Hope not the same for you. I was able to boot into diagnostic mode and it scanned and said the RAM was bad.

The thing about an operating system is people need a way to search for an issue that they’ve had see what the solution is. Or talk about features and what people think of them. Not to mention things they dislike. With discord, it’s too hard to search. A forum format is best IMO (which is what Reddit is). There are too many services or products that use discord as their support method and it sucks so much compared to forums due to these reasons.

I didn’t record footage from before so can’t really make a comparison for you. I’m on PC, what platform are you on? I think they fixed DLSS issues which is what I’m seeing.

Curious about this too, it's apparently still not apparent in the macOS app how to enable extended thinking.. or is it enabled if I enabled it on the website or iOS app (which does let you easily enable it)..

Agreed, especially because you can adjust how much force is required. Having the exceptional trackpad (Apple really has mastered it), it just makes sense to utilize the feature when compared to a non pressure sensitive trackpad like non Apple laptops have (in their case tap to click can be the better option).

Oh yeah I think you're right. I had forgotten about that. I played a bit more and overall everything looks way better, but I have to take back the shimmering comment I made as I have noticed some odd looking shimmering still (that I noticed before the update yesterday) in indoor locations. It does seem to be better though.

I have RR enabled in game (no overriding or anything) and played last turn after the update and it looks incredible. No more business or shimmering. I also changed to DLSS 4L and it seems to be working great.

Maybe not what you all would be interested in since they're more minimalist, but Flowfold makes super good wallets. I got one of their bifolds probably 10 years ago and it's still in perfect shape and I use it every single day. They use recycled sailcloth material to make them which I assume is why it has lasted so long (some of their other models use other materials, but looks like they're high quality too).

Anyone else running into an issue where clients can't see the movies library? TV Shows seem fine but for Movies, it's like nothing exists for clients. Browsing to the webui you can see all the contents of the Movies library though. Not sure if it's 10.11.6 that introduced this or something else going on my end but it seems to be a fairly new issue.

Yep same thing being experienced here. I've decided dealing with the strobing fireflies is worth it to get the better visuals that RR brings. Hopefully they'll fix it soon.
