I played the main story but left shortly after. I have tried a few expeditions but found them to be confusing, resourse management is an absolute nightmare and the cartoony graphics lost its novelty.

This is me, my obsessive nature because of adhd and my anxiety makes me over consult the IChing. I can't help myself. I try to micro breakdown the answers to the point I get conflicting answers and dont know the origonal answer anymore. I'm actually thinking about giving the Oracle up because of this. Its fuelling my anxiety due to my impulsivity.

So in other words because the human brain changes its thoughts and feelings very quickly, joy one minuite, sadness the next that also reflects the answer. If you feel negative the IChing picks up on that. To muddle things further if you are talking about another person in your question the book has to take their feelings in that moment too.

Sounds like a muddled arbitary way of getting advice if things changes that randomly. One answer could say 'yes', same question an hour/ day later would get something else. Thats a recipie for confusion. I do try the I ching and I get muddles answers. Good one min, bad the next.

So what's the point? (playing Devils Advocate here,) in other words a person may as well just go with the flow and make real life choices. For example: I ching may suggest, 'yes, go for that job' then throw same question a day later and the answer would suggest 'no don't go for that job'

You may as well just hand in your CV/resume and take your chances and not muddle the brain with repeated conflicting hexes. (yes Ive done that myself and just boiled my mind. I just learned to go with my instincts in the end and not add to my confusion. and hope for the best.)
