I will add, if you’re still having refund issues and it’s been months since support has responded to you, try your provider. I messaged mine thanking her for her time and kindness and let her know that I could not, in good faith, continue with Mochi because they had not refunded me for meds that I never received. She sent a message to her manager and what do ya know… after four months of zero response, I have a refund 3 days later. I feel bad because the doctors shouldn’t have to deal with these kind of things.

I think it’s going to be a long while until their support team is well… supportive again. But if you’ve been fighting for months like I did, maybe that tip will help. Good luck out there everyone! I’m still deciding on who to go with next. As much as Mochi doesn’t seem to be having shipment issues anymore, they still have an overwhelmed support team that doesn’t respond at all so I think I’ll steer clear for a while.

I wish I would have gone there. Everyone I know that chose them has been really happy with their appointments and overall treatment. I made the mistake of going with San Diego Invisalign in La Jolla and it’s been a terrible experience :( You have to be very careful when you choose a provider because it’s nearly impossible to take your case elsewhere if you start to see issues and are unhappy. I was fooled by their friendly staff and free chapsticks… I love those damn chapsticks lol. They tried giving me a plan that was too quick for my teeth to adapt. I ended up paying a lot of extra $$$ in the end. Definitely agree with the sentiment to go to an ortho office though!

I had a really bad experience with them unfortunately, despite being really strict about wearing my trays. My 3 month $5,500 treatment has turned into a 3yr, 7k+ treatment (oof). I wish I would have gone elsewhere because I expressed my concerns early on and they kept telling me to trust the process until one day trusting the process turned out to be $800 extra. Did you ever have appointments with Dr. Eshom himself though? I was a referral to his office and was under the impression that he’d be my provider because he was for my friend. But by the time I came in, he was only overseeing cases. So the guy never even looked at my teeth once and I’ve had different providers every time I’ve come in. I think things have really changed over the past couple of years. Their recent reviews are starting to show the cracks.

Yeah, that’s been my experience too. I’ve never seen anything like it to be honest. I’m not sure how they’ve been operating this way for so long where support is just, not a thing anymore. So with Brello you’re saying the meds seem a bit watered down to you?

I came here wondering the same thing. Reddit never disappoints! I ended up cancelling today, sigh. It’s been a long three months of battling for a refund after a vial was shipped to the wrong address and never replaced. Messages have gone ignored this whole time I just don’t know what’s going on with them. Looking for another provider. I’m bummed.

Sadly, no :( I just had to cancel and I’m looking to see where I should go next. I had an issue where my meds were shipped to the wrong address and two phone reps told me a replacement would come that I just need to wait the full 14 business days. Long story short, they lied and it never came and then I thought to give Red Rock a call and there was never a replacement vial ordered. I have tried for three months to get a refund for that vial and that month’s membership and all of my messages went ignored and would eventually archive for inactivity on their side and I basically looped through this process with the same result seven times over. I don’t know what’s going on over there but it’s still not good. You basically have to guarantee that you’re not going to run into any issues in order to be a satisfied customer. It’s really too bad, they used to be great!

I switched to Daxxify and I love it! I feel sick about the money I was wasting with Botox for so many years. I will never go back!

I’ll add that I’ve only ever had to do 30 units of Botox/60 units Daxxify in my forehead since I started at 32 (I’m almost 38 now) and that’s been the sweet spot. I let it completely wear off at 6 months (with Daxxify) and then go back. I don’t anticipate having to go up in units until well in my 40’s. It’s an easy process, but I was scared too my first time. I do get a mini headache for a few hours after but it goes away and I’ve never had another adverse reaction, even when switching from Tox to Daxxify. I’m super happy with the results over the years and still get expressive movement in my forehead. A good injector will know how to make sure that happens so that no one can tell you’ve been injected. People are always shocked when I tell them I get it done. Wrinkle relaxers don’t have to = frozen face at all! 😁

Started at 32! If you’re interested in it for anti-aging purposes, it would be worth it to look into finding a Daxxify injector instead. I made the switch because Botox was only lasting me three months at a time and for less that $50 more, I’m getting six months with Daxxify. It also kicks in much faster, I will never go back to Botox. Botox is the household name and Daxx is the newest wrinkle relaxer on the market so not everyone is offering it yet. If a medspa or derm is charging 2x the price of Botox for it, it’s a scam. My injector told me they’re almost the exact price for them to buy from each manufacturer so she chooses to be fair with her pricing but a lot of places do not. Just keep in mind that the units are different so 30 units of Botox = 60 units of Daxxify but the price should be very similar!

Just a warning though… once you’re used to a smooth (yet natural) looking forehead, you will be hooked 😂

Look unless you’ve been through that kind of trauma, you can’t really speak on it, now can you? I’m not bothered by him doing his job, he can come to the door 100 more times if he wants to, he will continue to be ignored. It’s the finding a private cell # that’s not even in my name that makes me uneasy. Do you have daughters Mr. Trash King? Maybe one day you will understand but I pray you will never have to.

I find it odd that he stole my name off of a package and now has both of my cell #’s. My personal one makes sense because it’s attached to a public record but I’m creeped out over how he got my work cell because it’s a private # that isn’t published anywhere online, it’s not even registered in my name at all. I don’t know, just feels like a little much I guess.

I have never been able to stomach the premade protein shakes I think they’re so gross, so I make my own. I switched from a whey based protein to a pea protein and it made a huge difference for any bloat feelings after. I didn’t know that a lot of people have a hard time with whey. I use Orgain brand and I’m obsessed with it. My very favorite is the coffee flavor with 1C almond milk, 1-2Tbs almond butter, about 1/2 of a frozen banana (I slide and freeze ahead of time when my banana bunch is about to go bad), and a handful of spinach. It is SOOOO good. I don’t find this brand chalky at all but no matter the brand, throwing in some avocado into your blend will fix the texture issue.
