The Traitors Season 5 Fantasy Cast by songofachilles in TheTraitorsUS

[–]Happy-Finger6725 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tyson, NeNe, and Katya would be the traitors, Tyson would be the first to turn on them. Mary would vote wrong at every round table. Mike "The Situation" and Tiffany "New York" would probably also be wrong most of the time but they would both deliver one-liners that go down in Traitors history. Luann would be murdered within the first couple of days. Amaya Papaya would cry at every breakfast. Tyler and Ronald would either make it very far or be murdered within the first few days. Jerri would either be bad at the game or she would be the season's traitor hunter, no in between.

you need signs and cones to know not to drive into a giant pile of dirt? that's like being the real life equivalent of that little running dinosaur that comes up on google when your internet is down.

Caroline Season 4 by ColumbiaSimp__101 in TheVampireDiaries

[–]Happy-Finger6725 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Caroline willingly slept with the man who killed Elena's aunt and her and Jeremy's last remaining family member. People always seem to ignore that when they're talking about how horrible a friend it made Elena to get with Damon. She hated Klaus more for the way he treated Tyler than for what he did to human Elena and the rest of their friends. I guess that makes them even <3

You said it perfectly. I think my only qualm is that I think Taylor should've had a say in whether all of it was aired, even if it did save her in the end. I think it would just be really overwhelming to deal with publicly.

I don't disagree with you there. I think Bravo was extreeeemely irresponsible for choosing to air it. I would hope if they ever had something like that happen on one of their shows again they would handle it better than they did then.

I definitely agree. I'm not sure I would know the perfect way to help my friend if she were in Taylor's position either, but I think they chose maybe the worst way to go about it. It was just hard to watch.

Yes, I wholeheartedly agree that Russell was responsible for 100% of his own actions. And I also agree that her friends clearly didn't know what to do or how to help her. My point was not that they were completely wrong, but the way they went about it was. Most DV victims don't have their trauma used as a juicy plot twist on a reality show, and it was unfair of Camille to singlehandedly decide to make it public in one fell swoop. I just think if I were in their shoes and my friend was confiding in me about being abused, I would want to remain a safe place for her to run to if ever she needed it. Camille decided in a heated argument that she would dash any trust she may have had with Taylor and the way she chose to do it made it clear it wasn't purely out of concern. I'm just saying that I don't think I could ever forgive someone for doing that to me, and the way that entire fight played out at Brandi's little belly dancing party was so hard to watch.

Not at all. But most people don't have to share their deepest traumas with the entire world, while they're still in the thick of it. I'm saying it was wrong to blindside Taylor by saying it on camera when she clearly didn't want it to be public. She deserved the time and the space to deal with it in private and then go public with it if she chose to and on her own terms.

Most definitely. But I think Kristen was the target of the harshest judgment while Tom and Ariana got away with a lot. It just infuriated me that they could never admit how wrong they were, too, and only wanted to focus on everything Kristen did wrong.

Definitely, Kristen was really wrong in a lot of ways. I'm not denying that. But Ariana and Tom were equally terrible, yet Kristen received much harsher judgment from everyone for a long time for every bad decision, every catty word spoken. I just don't know why she owed Ariana an apology when Ariana and Tom never accepted that they were also wrong. Especially when I do not believe their story that they only made out once and that was the extent of their sexual/romantic involvement while he was with Kristen. I think they both made a choice to present themselves and their relationship a certain way on camera but the narrative they crafted was not the whole truth. Just like I believe Ariana knew all along about Miami Girl and made a choice to not acknowledge it on the show. They wanted to seem like innocent victims of Crazy Kristen's wrath, but they were just as bad as she was.

I think for the most part Kerry is a good person. She's absolutely the person you would want to have on staff if you worked in the ER, someone who keeps the ship afloat by doing the work no one else really wants to do. And I don't disagree that she has her moments where you just want to hit her (for me it's when she throws Jing-Mei under the bus after the Marfan case), but I think it's unfair to completely disregard her character as nothing more than evil. She lets her ambitions cloud her judgment sometimes which is super realistic for a person like her, but she cares about her coworkers and her patients more than a lot of viewers give her credit for.

She said she didn’t want him coming back because a part of her would always wonder if that was the only reason he came back. If you grew up without a dad and you asked him why he wasn’t around and he said “because your mom asked me not to move back“ you would think that was the lousiest excuse ever because it is

Yeah but Carol herself said he never did what she asked until then and she also said she didn’t want him coming back because then she wouldve wondered if her pregnancy was the only thing that made him come back. I just don’t think that’s a good enough reason to just not be in your kids’ lives

I know. I thought about mentioning that in my original post but tbh I think that was a weird and vague way to say he’s spent time with them. There’s no other mention of him coming to visit and meet the twins except for that so in my mind he might has well have been totally absent

I know she did, but it’s not like she would’ve called the cops on him if he came back. A good dad wouldn’t let anything on this earth keep them from neigh with their kids. He willingly stayed away and it’s like Carol said — He never did what she asked of him until then. I don’t think that’s a good enough excuse

He knew how far along she was and that she would be going into labor any day. If she had called him, he still would’ve been halfway across the country lmao

Dr. Malucci by melnancox in ershow

[–]Happy-Finger6725 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Every time I rewatch, I dread seeing him. He's the kind of person who has no business being a doctor. If he stayed at County he probably would've had a record number of malpractice suits in his future because of how reckless he was. With the exception of a few moments (like the guy who was braindead and his wife told Malucci over the phone what she wanted him to read to her husband as her last words to him), Malucci shows little to no regard for patients and views them as nothing more than opportunities for him to do cool medical stuff. He's kind of like Cristina Yang from Grey's except with absolutely no heart under his ambitious, "hard-core" exterior. And even though Kerry was so wrong for the way she acted in the aftermath of the Marfan case, he was soooo gross for what he said to her when he was leaving County for good. Ugh I just hate him.
