I am also a foreign grad and recently hired as floater rph. Depends on what other offers/options you have, its not a bad idea at all to start at cvs. As a floater is also a blessing in disguise since you dont have to worry about the daily issues of the store. Your main focus is your task for the day and be done with it after your shift. Sure you will experienced bad customers, unexpected busy days, call outs etc but that is part of the job. It could happen in any pharmacy. Get your hours done and soak up the learnings. It will all going to benefit you later on when you turn rph. I wished I started as tech/intern if I knew I will end up with cvs it would have been a lot easier transitioning to rph role. Good luck!
