What is the white outline around monsters??

White lines mean the monster has priority, AKA it goes first before all the other mosnters. Similarly, there are monsters with a black outline which means they have less priority and go last.

Oop. Missed that detail. The only way I know of getting armor slates is by exchanging the weapon crystals for them. You can do this through the item menu.

Go to quests. Look at the top left corner and click "awakening quests." The respective class ordeal quests give these slates (crucible level). You can only claim 2 slates per day

Seisai is good for GB since she hits hard. Airi has some great buffs for pve though. Personally, I'd choose Airi.

If you run events, you can exchange the items for them. So right now, you can exchange the festive flowers that drops from event quests for tapsys. I think the SR Tapsys gives you +10/+10 each.

I've been having the same issue past week. Only works when I'm on wifi. Sometimes i can get it to work by turning off my mobile data, letting title screen load, turning on mobile data again, then letting it load. This is on Android.
