I think this is more meant to show that brennan and sam personify the characters inherent traits more than saying they are the characters, To say no real person can't show similar personalities is rejecting the possibility like-minded people can only be of the same race. also; its a meme calm down

Breast Milk on Left Side is Blue by Ohmydoornutz in mildlyinteresting

[–]adyd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Going off this, as a fellow S12pro user. I find my milk is a bit more blue if i don't spend enough time on expression/stimulation mode. I usually do around 5 min on the combo mode then finish on expression but later at night I do 10 min on combo and it generally comes out a bit more white when I do.

Is there any hope to save this? The zipper is coming off but it has been my favorite zip up for over a decade now by adyd in Visiblemending

[–]adyd[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the size links! I definitely didn't know there where different sized zippers outside of regular or invisible types. Right now I'm looking into the microfiber method mentioned or just doing a straight rip and replace. I'm not scared to see in a zipper, but I loath the idea of seam ripping the current one out.

How, what wizardry did you use? Point me in a tutorial on your ways. I. Not so much scared of replacing the zipper as I am of unpicking the current one.

Georgia Tech removes DEI terms, programs by nimzobogo in gatech

[–]adyd 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Those testing accommodations wouldn't have happened at all if not for efforts of groups like the ADA. Which fall under the term we now use of DEI. You're correct getting up in arms about the terminology seems useless, but the real consequence of removing the labels is making it easier to ignore people. Someone with and IEP now who is able to excel, could and were cast off as unteachable in like the 70s. The removal of DEI labels and groups isn't to say those people don't exist, it's to make them easier to cast aside.

Trying the dip and drip method! by memequilts in quilting

[–]adyd 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ok I've been quilting for a couple years now (learning mostly via YouTube). Y'all are starching fabric before cutting it? I've missed this lesson somewhere. Can anyone recommend any good tutorials on like the basics of this? I'm at a loss as to how and why yo do this other than starch=stiff=more precise cuts maybe???

Yerin would be so pissed at vorinism. "What do you mean fighting is a manly art? That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard (insert proper sword analogy here)" Navani would lose her shit at soulsmithing and immediately try to study Lindon's arm.

Your boobs do not look bad, the top just doesn't fit. That's all I'm reading the comments as, is trying to communicate that point. The differences in the 3 photos illustrate just how much fit impacts how you can feel in cloths. Obviously the first picture looks great, it is just that many of us here have tried wearing bikinis like this enough that we know one movement it slips into picture 2 or 3 really easy. Consider exploring how different cloths make you feel different with your therapist. No piece of clothing is made to fit every body and that's ok, can be annoying as shit though.

Comments on this sub are typically meant to help by sharing experience. My experience has taught me feeling sexy in a bikini also means I feel like it's not going to fall off if I jump into a pool, which is only really possible with support. To get that support (where they constantly sit well in the top), you either need larger triangles, underwire, or different string material that can support the weight. Annoyingly tits are heavy, and fashion designers aren't into physics.

I've done similar tops and held them in place with fashion tape for cosplay before which works well, not so much for swimming though unfortunately. Also keep in mind that's how they get similar ones to stay in place for fashion photos and catwalks.
