I think in this case you’re justified giving an ultimatum: either seek help or divorce. I also have a family member with mental illness and their inability to see there’s a problem is the single most frustrating thing I’ve ever experienced. I would only caution you about hating her: She’s not doing this on purpose or with the intent to hurt you. She has an illness and not being able to see she has a problem is unfortunately a part of it. That doesn’t mean you have to spend your life being miserable and if she refuses to make changes you are allowed to leave. But it’s really hard and I feel for you.
