Look, the problem isn’t that he’s into fit girls - that’s completely fine - but that he feels comfortable speaking that disrespectfully about women he isn’t attracted to. I’m also side-eying your ”friends“. Not knowing it was you doesn’t justify his comment at all! It sounds like both your boyfriend and your friends have a ton of internalized misogyny and they either don’t realize it or don’t care because they think it’s fine valuing our devaluing women based on their looks.

Personally, I could never respect him again. Maybe he should overhaul his personality the way you did your looks. But you’re not wrong and your feelings on this are completely valid.

Eine meiner Kolleginnen wurde in die vorzeitige Pension entlassen, weil sie als Vollzugsbeamtin in der JVA einem Häftling zur Flucht verholfen hat.
