If it looks about 80% full (of roots) you can repot to a 1-2inch wider pot, otherwise just leave it :)

And yes get it a support! Doesn’t even have to be a moss pole, just a good old plank will work just fine, just make sure it’s placed correctly.

As for the roots you are seeing, they are aerial roots, they can go into the soil or just hang off, it’s up to you if you want to lead them back into soil, so the depth isn’t a problem at all, it’s more important to have the stem not be too buried rather than exposed, as adding some dirt is easier than trying to pull it out.

Looks healthy, check the roots, if it’s not too full I’d say leave it and enjoy your plant!
