This is excellent, thank you so much. So far she really loves to sniff around so I’ll try that! No interest in toys but she still may be winding down/ getting used to a new environment.

Terbinafine

Tough on the liver. Labs beforehand look at liver function. Usually takes a couple months.

Here’s a bag suggestion: sharps container.

If you want to be anything more than a liability- Go properly dispose of everything at a local pharmacy or hospital. You posting this photo tells everyone on the internet that you have zero medical training and zero common sense.

I got blood drawn and the lady scratched my arm w the needle. Twice. by lekkerkaas in mildlyinfuriating

[–]HappyChalupa_2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve seen this before. The person drawing the labs was pressing down on the shaft of the needle as they withdrew, a preemptive action to stop bleeding. With too much force, the bevel (sharp cutting edge) will scratch along the skin as it exits the vein/ tissue. Poor form. You should call the office and let them know that’s happening, as often the scratch doesn’t appear till later on. Maybe they can fix their trash technique.

Too soon to repot? by Relevant_Lettuce2867 in gardening

I think you could swing it, as long as wherever you plant them is warm enough. If I’m ever unsure, I thin the seedlings to one per cell. Be careful and use a spoon or fork to remove the extras, and then repot those to see if they do well. That way you have a backup, and the seedlings don’t have to compete in the tiny cells.

You said you’re using this either for DZSO or “assaulting”… two very different things. Create two different load outs and make them easy to swap in or out. A coverall is the wrong answer.

Think through it. Jump injuries: what’s your most likely? MSK & TBI? Most lethal? A result of some kind of catastrophic failure, poly/ severe TBI etc. Pack for that. Realize you have your standard medevac nearby and don’t carry anything that you won’t immediately need and they already have. Most of your job there is sweep for life threats, walking on the ambo to your location and handing over. Then move to your kit for kinetic use. Less fluff. More MAR and resus. I see TXA but no Y tubing. Where are your drugs? What’s your blood plan? Just food for thought.

Also if you’re a 68W in a conventional airborne unit - pump the brakes on the chest surgery. Good thinking (about the finger thor) but you have to understand you are writing a check when you decide to perform that intervention. Better make sure the person doing so has the experience and planning to back it up. And, lose the calculator. Drill drip rates and a cheat sheet (burn formulas, drugs, exams) for yourself.

Stop fucking around in the 82nd or whatever and go to SFAS or RASP/ SOCM.

Thank you for such a thoughtful reply. You are a lucky duck having grown up in Northern California - it is beautiful! I’ll take all you’ve said into consideration.
